Cloud computing is growing very fast in modern information technology. Many companies use cloud systems to store and manage data. Multi-tenant databases help many users share one database system. This method reduces hardware cost and improves resource usage. However, data management, storage efficiency, and query performance are important challenges in cloud systems. This paper explains a simple and efficient method to improve storage reduction and database performance in a multi-tenant cloud environment. The proposed system uses XML and JSON techniques to store extra attributes in a compact form. The system also improves insertion, update, delete, and select operations. The proposed method reduces memory usage and increases query execution speed. The paper also compares the proposed method with traditional extension table methods. Experimental results show that the proposed design provides better response time and saves storage space. The research concludes that XML and JSON-based storage methods are useful for modern SaaS cloud applications.
